Film Afrika has developed long-standing relationships with the suppliers and technicians, and consistently attracts the best crews in the country.

The working week is either 6 days or 5 days, or mix of the two, depending on the length of the shoot, and any talent restrictions. The basic work day is twelve hours with overtime paid at time and a half for the first four hours worked over 12 hours, and at double time over sixteen hours. There is no premium for work done on Sundays and night shoots.
