| Though the film
industry is not extensively unionised, there
are well established working practices on
par with international standards.
The film industry is represented by the
Independent Producers Organisation (IPO)
who liaise and lobby with landowners,
suppliers, crew and cast organisations,
as well as with Government on production
issues.
