has a Value Added Tax of 14% on all good
and services. Film Afrika is VAT registered
and is entitled to reclaim all VAT paid.
Thus all costs estimates and budgets exclude
VAT.
The only items where VAT reclaims are
not allowed are on entertainment, hotels,
catering and car rentals.
Please note that provision needs to be
made to cashflow the VAT until such time
as it is repaid by the revenue office.
